Heartbreak
I hate loving people. I hate it so much because my heart hurts so much more. The leave me. And now I have to leave some of them...AGAIN. I wish I could shut it all off and push it all away. I really do. Cuz I don't think this every goes away.
You must love people. What needs to be learned is how to grieve the loss of those you have loved. Remember them and the time you shared together and be satisfied that you knew them for one moment in time, that they touched a piece of your life and that you touched theirs. People will come and go. You will come and go. Let yourself cry. Oh and for those people that you love more than you can bear- don't ever let them go until God takes them from you. Ever. Love you sissy. Keep your chin up.

I'm glad that you're in my life. I know that we have a hard time keeping in contact, but I know that you're still there... :)
